Hallmark Drama to launch two new Christmas shows

Hallmark has become synonymous with Christmas.

Hallmark Drama

Its newest network, Hallmark Drama, is working on two new tv shows that are sure to warm your heart and get in you in the spirit of the season.

Crown Media Family Networks announced details of the new shows: “Project Christmas Joy: Alabama” and “Christmas Cookie Countdown.”

The first is a working title, but we can assume its set in Alabama.

We’re told the premise of the show entails a town getting an “extreme Hallmark holiday transformation.”

“From an extravagant Christmas tree lighting to a Main Street makeover, this series will spread holiday cheer for a town that needs it the most.”

Bill Abbott, President & CEO of Crown Media Family Networks said, “This show aligns perfectly with Hallmark Drama’s exclusive offering of original content. We look forward to bringing Hallmark holiday joy to a special town in Alabama for the 2019 Christmas season.”

“Christmas Cookie Countdown” is a baking competition.

It will feature amateur home bakers doing their best to whip up the most impressive Christmas cookies.

Three well-known pastry chefs (who have yet to be announced) will serve as judges.

In addition, some of your stars will serve as hosts for the five-episode show.
