Here’s how to do it.
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup cheddar
8 slices crispy bacon
1/2 cup cut up ham
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine eggs and heavy whipping cream, blend until completely smooth.
Add in cheese, bacon, ham, onion, and spices. Whisk it all together.
Divide mixture into a muffin tin.
Bake for about 45 to 60 minutes, until eggs are golden brown.
