CARBONDALE, Ill. (Heartland News) - A yoga studio in southern Illinois is showing its appreciation for our veterans with a community event on November 11.
This Veterans Day, True Nature Yoga Studio will host a free yoga class for veterans and their family members from noon to 1 p.m. at the studio, located at 715 S. University Ave., Suite 1A in Carbondale.
Organizers say no prior yoga experience is necessary, and all equipment, including yoga mats, blankets and props, will be provided.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Parking is available across the street at the Lutheran Church.
