JACKSON, Mo. (Heartland News) - Southeast Missouri Pets will host its annual Gourmet Food Auction on November 15.
Organizers say the event will bring the community together while raising money to help shelter pets.
The auction will take place at the Montgomery Bank Training Center, 526 N Main St., Jackson, MO.
Doors will open at 1 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres and light refreshments before the live auction at 2 p.m.
SEMO Pets is looking for donations for the event, including gift cards, homemade dishes, baked goods, restaurant specialties and other unique food-related or specialty items. They are also accepting donations for the silent auction.

Proceeds from the event will help SEMO Pets provide food, shelter, medical care and adoption services for homeless and abandoned animals.
