SEMO Homecoming set for Oct. 17

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (Heartland News) - Southeast Missouri State University will be celebrating Homecoming with tailgating, parades and football.

Some of the events will include:

Monday, October 12

Retired faculty and staff gather for a Homecoming Kickoff Breakfast from 9:30-11 a.m. in Kem Hall and Wehking Alumni Center.

Friday, October 16

The Copper Dome Society and Alumni Awards Dinner will be held at the Show Me Center. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the event starts at 6:30 p.m.

Saturday, October 17

Alumni Breakfast from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Wehking Alumni Center
Class of 1976’s 50-year reunion will be held at Kem Hall in the Wehking Alumni Center from 8 a.m. to noon
Homecoming Parade on Broadway Street starts at 9:30 a.m.
Alumni Association Tailgate at the Wehking Alumni Center parking lot
The Redhawks take on Western Illinois at Houck Field at 2 p.m.
