HARRISBURG, Ill. (Heartland News) - The Harrisburg Haunted Forest is raising money for the local Shop with a Cop program.
The haunted forest will be on October 23 and 24 at 825 Highway 34 North, the Saline County Fairgrounds.
It’s hosted by the Harrisburg Haunted Forest Committee and Harrisburg FOP Lodge 152.
According to the Harrisburg Police Department, they help more than 200 children each year, providing them with Christmas gifts and a chance to spend time with officers in a positive setting.
They also provide breakfast for the children and families involved.
