CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - The Cape Girardeau County Historical Society will be celebrate its centennial.
According to the historical society, it was founded on August 9, 1926.
They’ll be celebrating on Sunday, Aug. 9 at the History Center, 102 S. High St. in Jackson.
Organizers say there will be live music from Docs & Friends, as well as birthday cake, homemade ice cream and more.
