4 arrested in connection with drug trafficking in Graves County, Ky.

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - The Graves County Sheriff’s Office arrested four people in connection with methamphetamine sales.

Randy Dortch, 56, of Dublin, Ky., had an indictment warrant charging him with Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree and other charges. Recent undercover meth purchases made from Dortch led to the indictment. Dorch was out on bond from a May 2025 meth trafficking arrest. He was scheduled to be sentenced on August 16. He was arrested at his residence for trafficking meth again. Dortch was arrested at his residence on June 16.

Dean O’Reilly, 43, of the Golo area of Graves County, had an indictment warrant charging him with two counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Persistent Felony Offender and other charges. An undercover investigation revealed multiple meth purchases made from him. O’Reilly was arrested at his residence on Byrd Road on June 12 just after 11 a.m.

Paul Hayes, 56, of Mayfield, Ky., was arrested on a warrant and after selling meth during a previous investigation. Hayes was arrested on June 16.

Shaina Dillon, 33, of Mayfield, Ky was arrested during a traffic stop while under surveillance on June 12. During the stop, she said she swallowed illegal drugs. She was taken to an area hospital and later a detention center. Dillon was served with an indictment warrant charging her with Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree and other charges. A previous investigation revealed Dillon made meth purchases.

The sheriff’s department said they are searching for Melody K. Howard, 58, for meth trafficking in Graves County. An arrest warrant was issued for her earlier this month.

They ask anybody with information about drug crimes in the area to contact the Graves County Sheriff’s Office at 270- 247-4501.
