SOUTHERN Ill. (KFVS) - The Southern Illinois Pagan Alliance will hold its Summer Solstice ritual on Sunday, June 21.
According to the alliance, they’ll celebrate the longest day of the year with the ritual.
It starts at noon at Giant City State Park’s shelter 2. A potluck will follow.
Organizers say the rituals are free and open to the public. They say there is plenty of parking at the shelter.
To get there, take Illinois 13 to Giant City Road, turn south away from Carbondale Super Walmart and keep going until you get into the park. Watch for SIPA signs.
