BENTON, Ill. (HEARTLAND WEEKEND) - The National Eastern Scholastic 3-D Archery (S3DA) Tournament returns to the Rend Lake North Marcum Day Use Area and Archery Complex June 11-14.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rend Lake Project says to prepare for the event, the following areas will be closed to the public on June 8-15:
- North Marcum Archery Complex
- North Marcum Boat Ramp
- North Marcum Bike Trail from Franklin County Cemetery to North Marcum Boat Ramp
Additionally, the North Marcum Day Use and Beach will be closed to the public from June 11 through June 14. However, it will be open from sunrise to sunset to event participants and spectators.
Attendees may purchase the $10 weekend pass upon entering the North Marcum area. Information about tournament events, including daily schedules, can be found at s3da.net.
