Kentucky State Police seek public’s help locating man indicted after 2024 fatal crash

WESTERN Ky. (KFVS) - Kentucky State Police Post 1 is seeking the public’s help in locating a man who has an active warrant for his arrest from a 2024 fatal crash.

On July 29, 2024, a semi-truck travelling westbound on I-24 in Livingston County crashed into multiple vehicles. The semi-truck was driven by Mansur Kholikov of Brooklyn, New York. Three people died, and several were taken to hospitals.

On April 14, 2026, a Post 1 detective presented the case to a Livingston County Grand Jury.

On May 15, 2026, KSP Post 1 was notified that Kholikov has been indicted for three counts of reckless homicide. He has an active warrant for his arrest.

KSP asks anybody with information about Kholikov’s whereabouts to contact them by calling 270-856-3721 or submitting a tip through the KSP website.
