CARBONDALE, Ill. (KFVS) - True Nature Yoga Studio will host a “Sound Healing for Peace” event on Saturday, June 6.
The free event will focus on relaxation, connection and collective hearing.
Sound Healer Pat York will lead the experience.
The evening will feature soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, a harmonium, chimes and other instruments for relaxation and clarity.
The event is open to the public. No prior meditation or sound healing experience is required.

Donations are welcome but not required.
Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and to bring yoga mats, blankets and water bottles. Chairs will be available.
The event will take place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Carbondale Unitarian Fellowship.
