MAKANDA, Ill. (KFVS) - Blue Sky Vineyard will host “Ride to Blue Sky” on May 2 to support the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Illinois.
The event, in collaboration with the Bike Surgeon of Southern Illinois, is a scenic community bike ride in the heart of the Shawnee Hills.
The ride will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Southern Illinois by raising funds, awareness and supporting their programs.
Participants will get to enjoy a well-supported course with rest stops and refreshments.
“This event is about more than just the ride,” said Brandy Nance, Marketing & Events Director of Blue Sky Vineyard. “It’s about bringing people together to celebrate our region, enjoy the outdoors, and give back to the community that supports us. We are incredibly excited to make this an annual tradition.”
