CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - One person was seriously injured in a late-night fire at a fraternity house on Southeast Missouri State University’s campus on Saturday.

Fire Chief Randy Morris with the Cape Girardeau Fire Department confirmed crews responded to the PIKE house around 11 p.m.

One person was seriously injured in the fire and was transported by ambulance to an area hospital.

A spokesperson with SEMO also confirmed that somebody was injured.
