WAYNE COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - The Old Greenville Rendezvous Encampment is set for April 18-19.
Formerly known as the Black Powder Redezvous Encampment, the event will take place at Wappapello Lake’s Greenville Campground.
It’s set for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Organizers say there will be activities, reenactors, vendors and a candy cannon.
Three groups will perform live bluegrass and gospel music from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Organizers say it’s the longest consecutive rendezvous in the state of Missouri, coming up on its 47th year.
The event is by the East Wayne County Chamber of Commerce and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wappapello Lake.
