CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - An alternative health and wellness fair is marking 20 years in April.
The Mother Earth Wholistic Fair is set for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 18 at the A.C. Brase Arena Building in Cape Girardeau.
Organizers say there will be dozens of vendors selling natural health items, essential oils, jewelry and more.
Entry to the fair is free, but some of the classes require a fee to participate.
- 10 a.m. Medicine wheel drum circle
- 10:30 a.m. Lifewave presentation
- 11 a.m. Myofacial release demonstration
- 12 p.m. Messages from Spirit ($20 fee)
- 1 p.m. Guided meditation sound bath
- 1:30 p.m. Self lymphatic massage demonstration
- 2 p.m. Nourish & Glow
- 3 p.m. Omega 3:6 Balance & Nutrition
