CARBONDALE, Ill. (KFVS) - SIU Carbondale’s Art Education Nation is hosting its annual chalk art event, Rockalypse: Chalkapalooza on April 10.
According to organizers, this competition will bring middle and high school teams together to use their creativity to draw chalk murals across SIU’s campus.
This year’s event is happening on Friday, April 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the SIU Student Services Building Pavilion.
If there is rain in the forecast, the event will be moved to the following Friday, April 17.
