JACKSON, Mo. (KFVS) - Jackson Fire Rescue will host a community safety education talk on Monday, March 30.
They say the purpose of the talk is to keep the community protected in their homes.
The following topics will be discussed:
- Proper use of fire extinguishers
- Home safety tips
- Smoke alarms and why they matter
- The importance of carbon monoxide alarms
They will also open the floor for questions.
The talk will take place at the Jackson Civic Center, 381 E Deerwood Drive, at 6 p.m.
