DU QUOIN, Ill. (KFVS) - Organizers announced country star Russell Dickerson will take the grandstand stage at the Du Quoin State Fair on Saturday, September 5.
Dickerson has six number one singles, including “Yours,” “Blue Tacoma,” “Every Little Thing,” “Love You Like I Used To,” “God Gave Me a Girl” and “Happen To Me.”
“When we’re building a lineup, we look for artists who translate their music into a truly great live experience,” said Illinois Department of Agriculture Director Jerry Costello II. “Russell Dickerson delivers an energy on stage that makes him a great fit for a Saturday night at the fair.”
Tickets will be available starting on Friday, March 13 at 10 a.m. online.
The Du Quoin State Fair runs from August 28 to September 7.
