LYON COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - An Eddyville man is facing multiple drug-related charges after deputies responded to a shots-fired complaint on March 6.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and troopers responded to a shots-fired complaint at a residence in the 1000 block of Friendship Road around 4:39 p.m.
A search warrant was obtained for the residence. Deputies found methamphetamine, two handguns, marijuana, pills and drug paraphernalia.
Earl B. Molloy, 64, was arrested and charged with the following:
- Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon (2 counts)
- Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree, (> 2 grams Methamphetamine) Firearm Enhanced
- Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree, 1st Offense (Opiates)
- Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree, 1st Offense (Hydrocodone)
- Possession of Marijuana
- Drug Paraphernalia-Possession
Molloy was taken to the Crittenden County Detention Center.
