MARION, Ill. (HEARTLAND WEEKEND) - Actor, producer, comedian, writer and film director Marlon Wayans is coming to the Heartland next month.
He will be performing his stand-up comedy special on Saturday, March 7, at the Marion Cultural and Civic Center in southern Illinois.
Doors open at 6 p.m. The show begins at 7 p.m.
Organizers say this event is for an adult audience.
Marlon Wayans’ latest comedy special, “Good Grief,” which premiered in June 2024 on Amazon Prime Video, hit #1 on the streaming platform in its first week.

He is most recognized for his role as “Marcus Copeland” in the movie “White Chicks.” His other hit films include “Scary Movie” and “Scary Movie 2,” “Little Man,” “Sextuplets,” and many more.
His TV credits include “The Wayans Bros.,” “Marlon,” “In Living Color,” and “Bel-Air.”
