Momo’s Favorite Treats in Jackson, Missouri, is gearing up for a busy weekend — JACKSON, Mo. (KFVS) - Momo’s Favorite Treats in Jackson, Missouri, is gearing up for a busy weekend.
“I was here till 4 a.m. and then I got back at 8 a.m. So we’ve been busy covering everything in chocolate, strawberry, strawberry truffles, Oreos, and cake pops. We’ve been making cakes, cookie cakes, different sugar cookies, different kinds of cookies, and candies,” said Owner Shannon Stafford.
She said they’ll have about 12 to 15 dozen cake pops available, and about 20 dozen to 30 dozen available after orders, an extra three dozen cookies are ready and they will have more that can be done if need be.
“We are usually slammed on Valentine’s Day. We usually are making chocolate-covered strawberries all day, and people buy them as we make them. We usually sell out of almost everything. And then this Valentine’s Day is special because it’s also right for Fat Tuesday and we do King cakes, and we have about 15 King cakes going out the door this weekend also,” said Stafford.
Stafford said the holiday is one of their busiest and most meaningful, giving their customers a way to show the people they love that they care.

“Valentine’s Day is special because it’s a way for people to show the people they love that they care. And we love getting to be a part of that because we have a lot of regular loyal customers that we’re so appreciative of that come and get cookies for their kids, or they order cheesecakes for their wives, or they come in and get chocolate-covered strawberries to give to somebody,” she said.
If you’re grabbing a last-minute treat for someone special, Momo’s Favorite Treats will be open tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
