CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - The 2026 Cardinals Caravan rolled into Cape Girardeau on Monday.
The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Foundation hosted the event.
St. Louis Cardinals players Jimmy Crooks, Nathan Church, Andre Granillo and Joshua Baez participated in the event. Also, Cardinals alumni Mark Sweeney took part in the Caravan along with Spanish play-by-play broadcaster for the Cardinals, Polo Ascencio, as the emcee.
The free program consisted of:
- Discussion of the upcoming year
- Door prizes, including ticket vouchers
- Q&A session
- Wiffleball for kids
- Signing of items for the first 400 kids
This was the final stop on the Cardinals Caravan this year.
