Bootheel Bluegrass Festival returns in January

FRUITLAND, Mo. (KFVS) - The Bootheel Bluegrass Festival will be coming back to Fruitland in January 2026.

According to organizers, Bavarian Halle by Drury Inn will host the festival, which takes place from January 29 through Jan. 31.

This three-day event features top bluegrass acts, including Daryl Mosley, Possum Trot and Herbie Johnston with The Fiddle Frolic.

The festival begins on Thursday with a gospel night at 7 p.m., followed by full music days on Friday and Saturday, with afternoon and evening shows.

There will be vendor booths with crafts and baked goods, as well as special room rates at the Drury Inn. To reserve, call the Drury Inn directly at 573-243-9200.

Tickets are $10 on Thursday, $20 on Friday and Saturday, or $40 for a weekend pass, which will be for sale at the door.
