PERRYVILLE, Mo. (KFVS) - The National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal will hold its annual tree lighting on Sunday, December 7.
According to a news release from the Association of the Miraculous Medal, the Vincentian Marian Youth Mass will start at 5 p.m. on the shrine grounds.
They say a tree near the Shrine Church will be lit at 6 p.m. in honor of the Advent and Christmas seasons.
There will also be hot chocolate, cookies, Christmas decorations and a photo opportunity with Saint Nicholas.
Organizers encourage visitors who attend the tree lighting to bring at least one non-perishable item to help the Ladies of Charity Food Pantry.
