Celebrate Chaumette’s history with a wine tasting

More than 300 years ago, Jean de Chaumette was married.

Celebrate the ancestors of Chaumette Vineyards & Winery with a wine tasting on Sunday, September 29 from noon to 5 p.m.

“Visitors from across the state are welcome to join us in celebrating our rich history,” said Ryan Otto, vice president & chief operating officer of Chaumette. “Behind our bar in the tasting room is a mural of Jean de le Chaumette, who is in fact our owner’s, Hank Johnson, ancestor. We can’t wait to tell the whole story in person.”

Admission and parking are free. Families, including children of all ages, are welcome.
