'Tis the season for frog legs

Heartland Weekend reached out to the Missouri Department of Conservation for a southern way to cook your catch.
Josh Hager would be the first to say, you’ll want to hop to it with his recipe for Cajun frog legs.
Grilled frog legs
4 Cleaned frog legs
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 1/2 tsp crab boil seasoning
Combine olive oil, lemon pepper and crab boil seasoning and pour over the frog legs for an even coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least two hours. Grill over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes per side, eat while hot, and enjoy!
