Community encouraged to stay awhile at STĀ

Eat. Drink. Belong.

At STĀ, you’re encouraged to stay awhile.

That’s because the goal here is simple: create a place where you can find authentic belonging.

What better way to create a community than over a good cup of coffee and a filling meal?

That’s why their motto is eat, drink, belong.

With the help of St. Andrew Lutheran Church, STĀ has been serving Cape Girardeau for exactly a year now.

From the coffee they serve to their “pay it forward” jar to their prayer wall, the idea is to share love.

Even the food is all made from scratch, recipes owner Julie Malone crafts with her mother in mind. The menu is largely gluten free, because Malone’s mom has Celiac Disease.

Monday through Saturday you can stop by for food and drink, all while making new friends or engaging with old relationships.

And on Sundays you can join them for a community potluck of sorts and a worship service.

Mark this date down: July 15, STA will celebrate it’s one year anniversary with a summer cookout. There will be free food, drinks, games and giveaways.
